What this Site is for

The Site describes the NBLK® 2027 Small Business Build Grant™ and lets eligible organizations apply for it. The grant itself is governed by the grant rules, not by these terms. Where the two differ about the grant, the grant rules win.

Using the Site

When you use the Site, you agree that you will not:

We may refuse or remove an application that breaks these terms, and we may restrict access to the Site.

Your account and your answers

Signing in is done with your email address and a six-digit code we send to it. Anybody with access to that mailbox can reach your application, so keep it secure. Tell us at info@nblk.co if you think somebody else has.

You keep ownership of everything you write in your application. By submitting it, you give NBLK permission to read it, store it and use it to run the grant, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Once you submit, your application is final and can't be changed.

What belongs to us

The Site, its text, its design and the NBLK name and marks belong to NBLK. You may read and share the pages; you may not copy the Site or present it as your own.

Other companies' product names that appear on the Site belong to their owners. NBLK is not connected to, endorsed by or partnered with any of them.

No promise of an award

Using the Site and submitting an application does not entitle you to a grant. NBLK may change, pause or end the grant at any time, as set out in the grant rules. All selection decisions are final.

The Site as it is

We work to keep the Site available and correct, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, NBLK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to $100.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. Carrying on using the Site after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York County.
